   I can attest to that. I’m in a job that keeps me walking all day, usually between 5-7 miles a day. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees at f’n 48. My doc has a great treatment, so I’m still on my feet all day.🤓

    I was in one of the most difficult times of my life. Can’t really get into details, but I have overcome and that is over👍🏻 Usually when I look back at my life/decisions I realize how much I’ve learned along the way. I was very different 5 years ago, and even more so than 5 years before that.
