I believe it’s misandrist and partisan. Luckily the guy got the job...at a huge cost.
If anything good comes out of this, young dudes will document everything. Body cams.

I’m not going to try to convince you, you seem to have your mind made up; but I will give you my reasons for believing her.
First off, I’m her age, and I sat here one day and tried to remember all the parties I went to back in my teens. Hell, I’ve pictured different parties that I went to in my mind, but most of the details are very sketchy. I know my GF took me to one but I couldn’t tell you the lay out of the house, nor can I remember most of the people that were there. That particular party my GF was being a slut and sleeping with more than one guy, so I left; guess what?….. I don’t remember who brought me home, I know it was some guy that was there, hell i don’t even remember the car, and I certainly couldn’t take you to the house. This is not the only party that I went to that the details are very sketchy, just the one that stands out in my mind. My GF couldn’t corroborate what happened with me, she was smashed. I guess I better let you know that I didn’t drink back then, only weed.
Secondly I watched the way the two of them acted when questioned, she was far more believeable, IN MY OPINION.
Thirdly she has reported this to her psychologist years ago. Do you think she made this up to her psychologist? I sure don’t. That surely doesn’t fit the conspiracy theory that the right is preaching, this was all a set up, ahhh highly unlikely.
Now seriously, why would any women report this shit on such a high level. She knew it would up end her life. She knew she would be slandered at the highest level, and she has been. What person would ask for that to happen to their established life? No one.
Everyone keeps talking about corroborating evidence, we’ll we don’t have any, do we? I wonder why that is??? Could it be because it wasn’t appropriately investigated? I believe so. They didn’t even interview her during the supposed investigation. They didn’t speak to her psychologist nor the polygraph administrator. Of course Judge is gonna say he wasn’t there. Who’s gonna admit to being part of that type of behavior? So I don’t have solid factual evidence, just my beliefs.
And that’s how I see it.
1. Your anecdotal comparison is a party where your friend was being a slut, compared to her allegedly being assaulted to the point where she thought she was going to die.
2. Her psychologist was her friend.(who refused to hand over her notes)
3. She blatantly lied and did so under oath by saying she didn’t fly. She lied about the second front door. She’s a proven liar.
4. Kavanaugh is the most accomplished person she went to h.s with.
5.it was a 36 year old h.s “party” with 5 ppl and she remembered nothing, gave a 4 hour testimony...what further information do you think aboutcould be investigated? Lol
6. A person who wants money and a book deal with appearances on every libtard talk show. (Bet the house) would do it. Plus she admitted she had mental problems.
I didn’t buy her testimony at all. The put-on,crying baby voice was way over the top. The Only ppl that believed it wanted to for certain reasons. -

Yet,acting as if you need therapy from getting your ass grabbed 30 years ago is a bit dramatic.
I believe and trust the majority of women I’ve met and respect in my lifetime could and do handle such things.
It’s very odd that it has become cool to be a victim in our society. I prefer the good ole days when women got attention from posting their ass and cleavage. -

Originally posted by Technologist This is what you quoted. I’m discussing rarely reporting and that false allegations are rare. You chose to take it to the level of how women lie. That’s why I questioned you going off on some other tangent.
False (again)
I addressed your stance, then merely gave more examples of what lying whores lie about to back up my stance that women are human beings and by so,can be evil-lying-whores. 😎 -
2018-10-08 at 1:56 PM UTC in Should women be charged with a crime for making false rape allegations?False.
My exact typed words were...I merely gave EXAMPLE of women being lying whores.
In those EXAMPLES...the women were in fact, lying whores.
You changers the narrative again. Went from false allegations to rape is rarely reported. Which means rape did not occur. -

Bla bla bla evidence...who needs it
Bla bla bla witness’...who needs it (oh yea her witness’ said it didn’t happen)
Lolz
How far do you have to twist your mind and shut off the thinking process to get to this point tech?
There was plenty of evidence. That she’s a liar. -

Oh, and I knew you’d say some shit about google. Just because it’s on google doesn’t make various scientific studies false. Come on Archer I thought you were smarter than this.

I DO agree that false reporters should be punished. The reality is that it would mainly come as a civil suit for defamation of character which doesn’t carry stiff penalties, usually just a cash reward.
That’s not true actually. The statistics in false reporting only take into account the ones entered into the system and processed. Doesn’t take into account the numerous ones police and prosecutors ignored or laughed off. It also doesn’t take into account work place false allegations of sexual harassment.
False allegations of domestic violence too. Number of men convicted of domestic abuse that “took the rap”
Divorce attorneys released a finding years ago that 75% of women make false allegations of some sort, during divorce proceedings.
20-25% of women lie about paternity of their children. -
2018-10-08 at 11:27 AM UTC in Should women be charged with a crime for making false rape allegations?Every great society and religion has rules or laws against false allegations/false witness. Since the beginning of modern society.
We don’t because of politics. It would be deemed anti-woman.
We are giant pussies (pun intended)
Women want equality except when it comes to responsibilities.
Men make more money because they are 11 times more likely to die on the job. Jobs that kill you make more. Women want more money for being nurses and waitresses than iron workers and coal miners and electricians.lol

No. I mean classism exists, but that’s still culture. 2 ppl from the same class can dislike one another. 2 neighbors, white, hetero, both make 70k a year, one is a cuck libtard, the other is a conservative. Same class, different ideologies and mindsets.
As far as ppl hating someone for the color of skin only...very rare and over blown. Those ppl generally have no power. “Nazi’s” make a lot of news. That’s it. -

I don’t know off hand. I wonder how many terroristsic threats it stopped, cells it found. Obviously got abused per fisa and trump, but technically patriot act expired in 2015 and I’m not educated enough on the new revision to know what kav was responsible for and what carried over.
The “throw the baby out with the bath water” or “it was abused,so it’s bad” could apply to any law, right, constitutional protection. I don’t think that’s a good argument.
Now I gotta read up on this shit. Thanks 😢
