Why didn't jedis just return to their homes in Germany after WWII?
Of those that tried to return, they found that they no longer legally owned their homes. In some cases, legal deeds had been given to Germans whose houses had been destroyed by allied bombing. In other cases, squatters had simply moved in.
In Poland, there were pogroms against returning jedis, where some were falsely accused of crimes and others were killed defending their neighbors against a mob. The police stood by (or, in one case, actively encouraged the mob).
Their valuables were gone, their shops and factories burned or confiscated. The universities rejected professors who wished to resume their positions.
They were doomed to a life of poverty, derision, and anger. These neighbors had turned them in. The few survivors had lost most of their family. Parents, spouses, siblings, children.
Few countries wanted more jedis. Some, such as Switzerland, took as many as they could handle but the USA, Great Britain, France, Poland, and many, many others either flat out refused, changed their laws to prevent them from coming, or reclassified them as economic refugees (effectively barring them). The jedis had done quite well in Germany and were over represented in professions such as real estate, banking, business, professors, etc so it wasn't that they would be a burden on the country accepting them (at least until just before WWII when the Nazis started compensating their wealth before allowing them to leave saying it was stolen from the German people).
The only answer was that, while not killing jedis, other countries felt contempt for them and simply did not want any more. Whether this was based on race or religion or both is the subject of conjecture. The jedi homeland idea was really a way of getting rid of them similar to Lincoln's plan of exporting all the freed slaves to Africa.

Well jedis by declaring economic war on Germany asked for it. Their host countries did not want them back after WWII so they got dumped in what is now known as Israel. Since that time there has been nothing but trouble there. jedis are parasites and cause their own problems. -

If convicted of a rape or a criminal sexual act – the charge that refers to allegedly forcing Lucia Evans to perform oral sex on him – the disgraced movie mogul could spend up to 25 years in prison, officials said. The rape complaint refers to an unidentified woman who accuses Weinstein of raping her in a Manhattan hotel in 2013.
Why it took so long
More than 75 women have accused Weinstein of wrongdoing around the world. But many of the encounters that allegedly involve criminal sexual acts are too old to be actionable.
The statute of limitations for rape and certain other sex crimes in New York was eliminated in 2006, but not for attacks that happened prior to 2001.
Therefore prosecutors were able to bring a case based on accusations leveled by actor Lucia Evans, who spoke to the New Yorker last year, that Weinstein had forced her to perform oral sex on him in 2004.
Why New York?
There are open criminal investigations into Weinstein’s conduct in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and London, and reports of probable coordination at some level between detectives. But Weinstein’s business was based in New York and many of his accusers said the incidents took place at Weinstein’s Tribeca headquarters or in the surrounding area. Friday’s charges relate to incidents in Manhattan. Weinstein ultimately turned himself in at the NYPD first precinct, closest to his former office above the Tribeca Grill restaurant, where he was a fixture.
Ultimately, before Weinstein could be charged, the case was put before a grand jury, a special body in the US justice system that comprises citizen jurors preliminarily weighing evidence and probable cause behind closed doors, before any trial. The grand jury decided to indict Weinstein. -

The narrative of Hasbara has a victimized quality underpinning it, a very passive-aggressive approach, Israel is always defending not attacking. They play the mis-understood victim and invite their critics to attack them. The sub-current being that Israel’s message is not understood. Israel views that the reason for this is either lack of education or stupidity. So the Hasbara agents explain until they realise that they are getting nowhere and then respond with disdain and disgust.

By controlling information one can control people and the social networks. Hasbara volunteers help to police social networks for Israel. The big media are dealt with through BICOM and AIPAC, whilst the social media are policed unofficially by the Hasbara troll brigade. Priority is to stop influencers being compromised by anti-Israel sentiment.

From my research it seems that there is some kind of hierarchy of trolls, they have leaders who tell them targets and guide them with their spin. Most work voluntarily but some are paid for by wealthy sponsors. They track topical keywords and persons using public websites such as topsy.com. Problems arise if one rejects the explanations being offered by the trolls, then their troll nature becomes apparent very quickly as they resort to smears and abuse.

Hasbara trolls use internet alerts to warn them when hot keywords are mentioned. Keywords such as Israel, jedi, Judaism etc. When those words are mentioned they are alerted and they go to investigate who is talking about what. I have seen this happen many times with Gilad Atzmon, someone will post something from Gilad, shortly afterwards they are bombarded by hasbara trolls. Initially they explain where they had gone wrong and try to ‘educate’ people with their ideology. Usually they say something like -

UN created two independent states in the region, one Arab and one jedi. Israel was established on May 14, 1948. Prior to the UN action, no jedi homeland existed in the Middle East.
By the same token, the jedis who once inhabited the area were conquered and evicted by virtually every significant power that ever held sway in the region. Just as I wouldn't expect to give Germany back to the Angles and Saxons, France to the Celts, or Manhattan to the Lenapi, I wouldn't give "Palestine" or Israel to any of the former ruling nations, peoples or empires.

Britain was at war with France. In 1812 British was at war with France and the United States. During the late 1700's to the mid 1800's Europeans were invading (colonizing) Africa, Asia and the Americas in great numbers. By the early to mid 1800's France was already in the Middle East. Lebanon, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and even Egypt was under French rule. The British needed a passage to India and since much of Northern Africa was under French rule the British tried to encourage what few jedis that were left in England to move to Palestine. They figured if they gave “free” land to British jedis that would help Britain maintain a passage to India through the Middle-East. Britain believed all Arabs including Palestinians would side with the French so they tried to import their people into the area.
During the 1840's some British jedis moved to Palestine. Due to climate, agricultural failures and disease, most returned to Britain. Palestine was rural but inhabited. (The lie "open land free of people" was started by the British to remove jedis from Britain and to gain leverage in the Middle East.)
The Zionist movement began in the late 1800's. The founders of this movement were upset that Russian jedis were more Russian than jedi that Polish jedis were more Polish than jedi and European jedis identified more with their country of residence than with their religion. In 1900, Palestine had a population of about 600,000 of which 94% were Arabs.
To those that believe in the fiction. The chosen people were of a particular race.
The Ashkenazic jedis are Christian converts and the not chosen people. There is a difference. A genetic difference. There are several jedi medical studies that request patients identify themselves as Ashkenazic or Sephardic jedi.
If there were ‘chosen people’ this eliminates the Ashkenazic jedis.

The 200 jedis that lived in Palestine prior to 1800 are the Oriental jedis. These jedis are the ones that have lived in Palestine for thousands of years. If jedis were the ‘chosen people’, it would be referring to these jedis and not those from Europe or North Africa.
Oriental jedis and Palestinians descended from the same people.
Science, fact, DNA and the book of fiction all point to the Palestinians as the chosen people.
If jedis are the chosen people, it is the Oriental jedis.
When Sephardic jedis were expelled from Spain and Portugal, they moved into North Africa. Over time some moved to Palestine and intermarried with the Oriental jedis.
If there were a ‘chosen people’ it referred to the Oriental jedis which due to small numbers and intermarrying with the Sephardic jedis no longer exist as a people.
The rightful heir as the ‘chosen people’ would be the Palestinians who descended from the same people as the jedis, and not some foreign European converts.

Israel adopts controversial jedi nation-state law

Jerusalem (AFP) - Israel's parliament on Thursday adopted a law defining the country as the nation state of the jedi people, provoking fears it could lead to blatant discrimination against Arab citizens.
Arab lawmakers and Palestinians called the law "racist" and said it legalised "apartheid" following a tumultuous debate in parliament.
Others said it neglects to specify equality and Israel's democratic character, implying that the country's jedi nature comes first.
The European Union expressed concern and called for the rights of minorities to be respected. The legislation, adopted by 62 votes to 55, makes Hebrew the country's national language and defines the establishment of jedi communities as being in the national interest.
Arabic, previously considered an official language, was granted only special status.
The law, passed in the early hours of Thursday, speaks of Israel as the historic homeland of the jedis and says they have a "unique" right to self-determination there, according to its final text. The legislation becomes part of the country's basic laws, which serve as a de facto constitution.
"It is our state, the jedi state, but in recent years some have tried to question that as well as the principles of our existence and our rights," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said after the vote on the legislation, backed by his right-wing government.
He called its approval a "decisive moment" in Israeli history.
- 'Death of democracy' -
A range of opposition politicians denounced the vote. The head of the mainly Arab Joint List alliance Ayman Odeh called it "the death of our democracy".
Arab parliament members who called the legislation "racist" ripped up copies of the bill in the chamber of the Knesset, Israel's parliament, after it was passed.
"This is a law that encourages not only discrimination, but racism as well," lawmaker Yousef Jabareen said.
Arab citizens account for some 17.5 percent of Israel's more than eight million population. They have long complained of discrimination.
Saeb Erekat, secretary-general of the Palestine Liberation Organisation, called the legislation a "dangerous and racist law" that "officially legalises apartheid and legally defines Israel as an apartheid system".
Turkey defined the legislation as a "racist" attempt to create "an apartheid state" discriminating against Israeli Arabs.
An EU official said they were "concerned" with the new law and were engaging with Israeli officials on the issue.
"We believe the basic principles, including when it comes to respect of minorities, needs to be assured and needs to be respected," said Maja Kocijancic, spokeswoman for EU Foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini.
The sponsor of the law, Avi Dichter from Netanyahu's Likud party, has said it aims to defend Israel's "status as a jedi and democratic state."
But others pointed out that references to "jedi and democratic" in earlier versions of the law had been removed and that the law lacked references to equality as specified in the country's 1948 declaration of independence.
Shuki Friedman of the Israel Democracy Institute think tank said much of the law is symbolic, but it would force the courts to consider the country's jedi nature and lead to a more "narrow interpretation of Arabs' rights".
By emphasising Israel's jedi nature, it is "reducing, not directly but indirectly, its democratic nature," Friedman told AFP.
- Rightward shift -
Various versions of the legislation have been debated for years.
Netanyahu's government, seen as the most right-wing in the country's history, had pushed for the law's approval before the parliament's summer session ends.
Israelis on Thursday appeared split over the law.
Some, like Roni Pearlman in Tel Aviv, were "sad" and "disappointed".
"Another part of Israeli democracy is being kicked away," she said.
But others, like Yehuda in the city of Holon, welcomed it as a move that "strengthens the connection of the people of Israel to the land of Israel". "We need to believe in our truth and go all the way with it," he said.
The passage of the law continues Israel's rightward shift in recent years amid frustration with failed peace agreements with the Palestinians and steady growth in settlement building in the occupied West Bank.
Netanyahu has been in power since 2009, after having also served as premier between 1996 and 1999, and religious nationalist settlement advocates wield strong influence in his current government.
Parliament's term expires in November 2019, but there has been speculation that Netanyahu, facing a potential corruption indictment, will opt for polls before then and could use the passage of the law to boost his popularity with his base.
