you should check out skyblock the largest MMORPG server in miencraft hypixel.net, it's a pretty cool game, you start with nothing but a tree, water, lava and you have to build everything by hand and grind resources to build up your small island in the sky from nothing.
it's basically the same gameplay as runescape they combined classic skyblock and made a bunch of hub worlds
they even have versions where you can't leave your island, there's CO-OP islands and leaderboards too
