If you have a friend you trust with the opposite game as you (or a 4th gen game with the opposite-cart Pokemon in it to trade over), the situation doesn't suck, but if your friend(s) had/have the same cart as you and never got the opposite-cart Pokemon or if you don't know anyone who has the opposite cart or opposite-cart Pokemon who lives nearby, then you're stuck and unable to complete certain things (if they're important to you)." -

Buying it from the Nintendo shop it will always be full cost, they only lower the price around christmas sometimes. You might be able to get it used from gamestop cheaper which is better because it could have a save file with some pokemans on it.
Do you mean flash carts as in soft modding to get the system to play illegally downloaded games? I heard that can be pretty risky for the 3ds -

Sometimes they have two police cars and a bunch of cops just to arrest one guy, it sounds to me like YOU never leave the house or had a police interaction. If bike cops were there they will remain on scene to back up the officers especially if it's a bar area with lots of people.
Sounds to me like you get all your info from TV and media while most people here actually know what the fuck they are talking about because they have dealt with police many times.
