Lol I've got that baseline at work as well. I also make a habit of going to the bathroom a lot because it lets me get away to take drugs/vape, and also I just go to the bathroom a lot. How much are you vaping? You'd probably feel totally coherent and on top of things if you're blacking out. You're still aware, it's just you cant really remember.
If you're using decent amounts, or have been for a while, there's probably stuff you've forgotten.
You can't self identify blackouts though. Nobody wakes up and is like "oh damn i blacked out." No. They look at the destruction around them to identify blackouts. You need other people to tell you whether you fucked up or got fucked up or what.
