I made some small talk. I wasn't too good at it, but I tried.
Then, I asked her if she wanted to come over to my place to have a few drinks with me.
She, surprisingly, said "yes."
So we have a few drinks, and then she invites me over to her apartment (the complex pretty much right next to mine). We have a fun evening. We kiss, we do the sex, etc.
It turns out she was an escort.
She didn't charge me, though. We were just two people having sex, and she just happens to have sex with people for a living.
Anyway, one day, she asked to borrow my car. I lent it to her, because, to be quite honest, I had grown a bit fond of her, and had a hard time saying no to her.
Well, she gets pulled over with a bunch of drugs and drug money in the car, and my vehicle is impounded for 30 days.
The impound fees totaled about $800 after that time had elapsed, and I simply couldn't afford to pay it at that time.
So, the moral of the story is: You're gonna end up paying for sex, one way or another.
It's a fact of life.
We don't all hire escorts, but, at the end of the day, we do pay to get laid. -

I'll start:
I work form home as a software developer.
I sometimes get drunk and/or high while working. It's as awesome as it sounds.
I do have to do live video conference calls sometimes though.
For fun, I'm just starting to get into chemistry (bought some glassware and some boring chemicals to try a few reactions out for the fuck of it).
I also like to read (mostly non-fiction - philosophy, science, history, etc).
I sometimes go the nearby neighbourhood bar.
More often though, I drink at home, and watch a bit of TV or Netflix, then passs out and start the whole cycle again.
Oh, and I also attend a weekly group therapy thing for mental health/illness.
How abouts y'all? -

I justified it because it was the corner store just a few blocks away, late at night, and I was driving super carefully.
I feel bad about it though.
No official DUI's since 2007 though. -
