When having this experience your brain is running theta waves and during this period you are suggestable to more or less everything, This is the stage used by professional hypnotist to tweak certain behavior in people who a susceptible to it. What this means in short, is that you can make suggestions to yourself during this period that can have a life changing impact.
In this state of mind you can also experience divine moments of truth, OBEs, and remote viewing.
However, that is not all. Not even close.
THere's a trick to it though. Most people who become aware when their body is sleeping will have some sort of panic attack since they just pop into existence, can't move their body, and feel some sort of presence. Panic will jolt you out of the second state after a while and you will wake up. You must train yourself to not panic and to relax when you experience this, that will give you access to the holy grail of life. Its the same state of mind people aim for when they meditate. Mind awake, body asleep. -

Making others happy should make you happy, and if it doesn't then you're probably the lucky owner of a few psychopathic traits.
We always get something in return, whether it be praise, money, gifts, clap on the shoulder etc. Cuz as soon as we don't, we stop doing something from these people.

I agree. We're not meant to advocate it, but the least we can do is understand it and do our research on it so that we are better equipped to deal with it. Some of them are good hearted, large, intelligent and have a functional life, others are nasty fucks without empathy who couldn't care less about anyone but themselves and they have a horrible life.
