Climate Deniers Should Not Assume They Will Never Face Justice | Time has a way of catching up with scientific falsehoods—and so too for those who peddle them.

Largely out of public view, there is a growing advocacy for treating certain forms of climate change denial as a crime. The political will to do this doesn’t exist today, of course, but give it a decade or two. The planet is warming faster than predicted. Oceans are warming more rapidly than expected, extreme weather events are occurring with unprecedented frequency; glaciers are disappearing, sea levels are rising, prolonged droughts are becoming common place, tropical diseases move North following the mosquitos, and much more.

It will soon become undeniable, not only that the climate change crisis is real, but also that a crime has been committed. The most consequential crime in world history. And the demands for justice will grow.

Antarctica warming much faster than models predicted in ‘deeply concerning’ sign for sea levels

Antarctica is likely warming at almost twice the rate of the rest of the world and faster than climate change models are predicting, with potentially far-reaching implications for global sea level rise, according to a scientific study.

I don't believe it's real any more than I believe water boils at 100°C.

Why do I still burn fuel? I already told you why. Multiple times.

I think you're probably right, and that's probably why people started teaching their children to deal with their garbage properly, it just makes life easier. But until the hypothetical baby figures that out, if it ever would, that would be one disgusting room for that poor baby to suffer in. But at least it would only have to clean up just one room and not a planet.

Vinny has never created an original thought in his head, he just sorts through and pieces together whatever flows into that mind from outside of it.

I doubt it, and I don't think we need a cruel experiment to understand that - just look around your own town at all the garbage left around by fully grown adults who were never taught to put it in a garbage can.

No idea, I was just answering your "why don't we just throw our garbage in the streets" question; I believe the main reason is because we were taught not to.
