Because it is not a county regulated event. My actual polling place was not even in my residence's county it's a state orchestrated process as my city's split between 2 counties.

My county had a special sticker made. Custom thickness and high quality sheen. This sticker will last hundreds of years if not more without yellowing. And it holds the language of immigrants, which this country was built upon. Spanish, Polish, and Tagalog.
