Get & use a PO box or private mailbox service & use that on your applications. Prospective realtors check current addresses & 9 times out of 10 judge potential renters by their current living situation. Dirty dump = the same in the client. Also have some "decent" associates cover you for good rental references.

Don't appear so fucking desperate, places other than charity welfare drives don't want a needy/worrisome tenant that calls numerous times a day when told they would contact them. That's clearly not following rules & indicates you'll likely be trouble.

Or simply just cash in your obvious mental deficiencies & get SSI/D. You'll then be eligible for subsidized housing & get help w/ your horrible spending habits & health.
