Blackjack varies depending on factors like the number of decks and minor rule differences and the current deck configuration but is still almost always better looking than 5.46. Craps has the best odds for the player. Even on an old double odds table. The pass line with double odds has the house at just around 1.42% and the don't pass at just 1.23%.

If you decide on 21 learn to count cards. Basic cars counting can be learned in an afternoon assuming an average intelligence. This is why you don't play on a shoe. With half the cards out if play counting is not possible.
But here's where most people fuck up, money management. Money management in it's simplest terms is making sure you have enough money to play and managing it in session bankrolls.
If the table you're playing on has a minimum bet of $1.00, for proper money management you'll need $600.00 to play on that table. You're session bankrolls need to be 100 tomes the tables minimum bet and you need 6 session bankrolls for one day's play.
I won't get into actual play or the right moves. Other than to say, in the case of a $1.00 table and a $100 session bankroll, always bet $1.00 unless you win a hand. In that case play $2.00 on the next hand. If you win that hand vet $4.00 on the third hand. If you win three in a row go back $1.00 and start the cycle over again. If you lose the second or third hand also go back to $1.00.
OK, now back to money management. I mentioned sux $100 session bankrolls for a $1.00 table. You are now sitting at the table with $100 and the other $500 should be in a room safe or somewhere away from the table that is secure. Session bankrolls are managed in what is called a stop loss system. The basic stop loss number is +/-50%. What this basically means is that during your session you are up or down by more than 50% of your session bankrolls you walk.
You take that session bankrolls and stash it separately from the other $500. Then go grab a drink, a Bute to eat, watch a lounge act, whatever, just kill some time. Then grab another $100 for a second session bankrolls and repeat. Do this 6 times per day for each day you plan on playing.
This is no guarantee of winning. But it is the proven and accepted method of money management for gambling designed to keep you in play as long as possible with the least amount of loss. That's the whole key, the longer you can hang in there and the cheaper you can do it (per hour) the better chance you have of being there when the mule kicks the bell curve and that hot streak pops up. -

Lol Putin and Little Rocket Man had better make sure all 12,000 of those troops have family they care about in North Korea. Any unattached DPRK soldiers will defect the 2st dark night they can sneak out of camp.
Hell, even those with family aren't going to fight with any real effort for a country they know nothing about against another country they know even less about. They will surrender the first tomebthey think they can make it look good.
Those 12,000 troops will actually hamper Russian efforts. Between the language barrier, the difference in training, fighting doctrines, equipment, and command will create chaos in any front line operations they may be involved on.
Then there is the very real possibility of these troop ls looting on detriment to objectives. North Koreans are dirt poor. Even the battle worn areas of this conflict hold "riches" unavailable to them at home.
The fact that Putin is asking an outdated ass clown operation like the DPRK armed forces for assistance is very telling of how bad things really have gone for Russia in the last 20 months. -
