Yes and no, closed on it but then it turned out to be illegally split and that made the title illegal as well...the title company didn't catch it...so the deal ended up having to be unwound.
As it turned out it was a blessing in disguise as I'm now moving to Kansas City in the new year and land is plentiful and cheap there so I'm excited to be land hunting soon. I've been told you can get a nice 5 acre plot for under 50k.

Kansas or Mo? I would think more plentiful in Kansas.
