I managed by soaking a towel in cold water and holding round my neck and under armpits. It lowers your core body temperature very quickly, makes you shiver lol.

GA prisons get extremely hot in the summer and there is no heat or air conditioning installed in any of the dormitories that house 120 men.
Each dormitory had an ice making machine and that was your sole source of cool. Mainly there so some limp wrist lawyer didn't say YOURE VIOLATING THEIR CIVIL LIBERTIES AND GIVING THEM CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT BY MAKING THEM ALL DIE FROM HEAT STROKE AND GIVING THEM NO MEANS TO COOL OFF.
So, I guess the Dept of Corrections found it to be easier/cheaper to put an ice making machine in the dorms.
The fans were a luxury item that could only be purchased once per year if you had to the money to buy one off of the prison commissary. Very few had one. I was lucky enough to exchange a portable CD player I had for a fan that some old dude didn't want anymore because the cable was kinked and torn a little. I fixed that shit right up and gladly traded my CD player for the fan and the rest of that summer I stayed cool with my prison ice bowl air conditioning.
Lol we'd get all elaborate about it like put towels in the windows/under the door to act as weather stripping and have the cool air from the ice and fan all trapped in the room and when someone wanted to come in your cell to hang out or whatever during our free time, wee all be like CLOSE THE DOOR YOU'RE LETTINF THE COOL AIR OUT, which, good reason because it took like 3 hours of ice bowl AC to get it "cool" in there when the outside GA summer heat was like 110F and who knows what it was in those dorms with 120 men crammed inside. -

But when reporting on crimes committed by whites, they never say the same thing. You never hear:
"The WHITE MALE, aged 23..."
I've been pretty convinced for a long time that mass media is trying to fan the flames of racial prejudice and hatred on behalf of white people by making sure to always report on the RACE of the offender if they are non-white.
This will help paint the picture that non-whites are violent beasts and you should be cautious around them.
This, of course, will cause the non-white communities to resent white people more and more for constantly viewing ALL OF THEM as a barbaric, uncivilized race and will lead to a few of them planning mass shooting against whites like this nigger here.
These sorts of black on white mass crime will further fuel the viewpoint that all non-whites are barbarians and full of hatred and violence towards white which brings it around full circle and starts all over again.
Really tickles my pickle.
For what it's worth, they ARE a barbaric, violent species that should have a visit by some modern equivalent of the Einsatzgruppen
