    There was an incident in my province where some guy impersonated a police officer, driving an unmarked vehicle. Prolly a Ford Explorer, pulls over a woman and raped her.
    
    The police by utilizing unmarked vehicles caused this to happen in my opinion.

    Not particularly. Was just lucky finding a frame and wheels that worked for it so close together and felt like putting them together.

    That and it was pretty convenient. A frame was in the backyard here, stripped down except for the tires. And another was abandoned down the alley, missing a front tire and with a flat in the rear. Had the same size wheel. A really small amount of work for a decent mountain bike. A giant. Ran the serial on the frame through cpic

    I feel alright. Built a bike outta 2 bikes I found in the alley and went and took it for a ride in the river valley. I wiped the fuck out on the first sharp turn lol.
