There's literally a list of exempted substances on there. Everything else you have to assume could be illegal if arrested with it. Was clearly not written by a doctor of any sort.
Its just absolutely ripe for abuse. I see a lot of people trying to order stuff to the UK, and when they ask if it's illegal all anyone can say is 'idk'. Could be perfectly fine. Could get charged.
to be fair tho all drug prohibition laws are fucking dumb anyway.Also consumption isn't illegal here either.

Fortunately some lobbying firms got that bill shut down.
of course the obvious flaw in that law is what if they od'd coz somebody spiked them?
