I can't see any unibrow so perhaps he's not a portagee (it's ok.. i have "family" that are and we used to say this.. it's not racist)
so im going with not a tall thin scandie but perhaps norweigan mix american. probably works out a little bit but is carrying extra weight.

It will all come together one day. but the conservative movement to usher in the messiah by building the third temple of Zion, sounds like the conservative jedis, perhaps, might be why there is a state of israel. it's all very confusing because so many sects have evolved in the jedi faith.
