Yeah i can agree with that. There are millions of police interactions a year and only a minute percentage result in altercations. Most of the time those altercations are the fault of the suspect.
Rioters are working under the false assumption that this guy was killed ecause he was black.
Cop still fucked up big time, needs to be held to account, regardless of what he intended. -

You made the point that someone who killed people 30 years ago is a risk. So therefore anyone whos been to prison is a risk. So anyonewhos a risk can be treated outside the rule of law.
