BTK was from Kansas, probably more fucked up than any on your list. Although Dahmer scores high on the fucked up scale, i don't necessarily think he was in it to be cruel. BTK was. Fun fact: Serial killers that eat part of their victims want them to stay with them forever. It's an emotional attachment thing and kind of sweet in the most messed up way imaginable.
No romance with BTK, just pure sadism. Pretty sure the family he killed, he put plastic bags around everyone's head, sat down and watched them choke to death. Then finally he took the 11yo daughter and literally hung her from a pipe in the basement. The choking kind of hanging not the neck breaking kind.

It's pretty flexible and pretty thin so i'd have to use a couple of wires so it's strong enough to hoist a person with. Anyway, it'd be neat if i could make some sort of contraption that would roll the wires into the handles. Like you pull on the handles to open it then you can murder someone to death with it, then it just rolls up again so it fits in your pocket. That'd be cool.
