decline in birthrate is all due to better living standard, the elavation of women into an equal of men, and non-child rearing related activities such as entertainment and travel and leisure, and the critical one; SEXUAL LIBERATION OF WOMEN.
increased living standard caused parents to focus on the quality of kids raised instead of the raw quantity. parents that do want to have kids want them to be better nurtured and nourished, thus reduced their kids count to provide better for them.
elavation of woman into mens equal destroyed the natural biological function of gender and their roles. traditionally women do nothing but breeds and take care of their young. other than this they have no role to play in society so they either get married and breed, or they became nuns and witches. now they have "rights" to work and do something else that men do, and they do those instead instead of making and caring for babies. and honestly i dont blame them. being MEN is fun.
modern day living and consumering is just too fun to trade for raising babies. babies are dirty, messy and annoying. they cry in the middle of the night to ask to be fed. they are a nuissance in public and worse when they grow up and continue to be so until they become sexually receptive to men. most people dont want these because tv, netflix, amazon and airbnb are so much better and fun.
and most critically - the sexual liberation of women. before modernity sets in women have one goal, to get wed by the most reputable men based on their ability. once they get married their life is set, they make babies, grow fat, become unfuckable by the time theyre mid 30s but its ok becauze by then they would have made like 10 brats. divorce is impossible becsuse it was haram. they now concentrate on raising her ducklings to be the most useful members of their society to the best of their abilities because these womens success or failure will determine their place in their society, the only thing they have now in their final, unfuckable stage before death.
now that they have been liberated they want to maintain their body in a lookable and fuckable state well into their late 40s and fuck as many men as possible, and having babies isnt conducive to this. even if theyre married, they want to keep their baby count lowest possible to keep their options open because marriages are no absolute certainty. divorce is only a matter of time and unless their spouses are rich in which having as many of their "husband's" babies would greatly increase their post-divorce income and is an asset, otherwise babies are just liabilities. just look on social media for white women with black babies.
no government can address these factors.
