2019-07-01 at 7:07 PM UTC in Power-NapsI sleep for like 13 hours at a time, and take 3-4 hour naps every few hours. Days and nights are meaningless to me aside from when I need things and stores aren't open. I spend more time dreaming than awake probably. These sleeping habits and my sedentary lifestyle are probably going to kill me.

Originally posted by GGG Frankly I don't think it's immoral at all. There are a lot of games I would have never bought had I not pirated them first. Sure you can just do a refund if you don't want it, but then you can only play like what is it two hours before you can't get a refund?
Yeah, it's only 2 hours. I didn't even play it after buying. I knew I wanted the game, I've pirated it before, but the sort of "sword of damocles" that was the $100s worth of DLC made me actually back out of purchasing it in any form. So there's sort of two sides to the sword, I guess. When you put out over $100 worth of DLC you are definitely treading a fine ass line. Your content better be on fucking point, or catering to a very specific niche of guaranteed purchasers. There's not much between Sims 3 DLC and CK2 DLC except the particular brand of autism they're meant for. I dunno.
Originally posted by GGG I mean, you're not actually stealing an item. There is no lost sale.
On the one hand yeah, on the other hand that's bullshit. If you're playing a game you couldn't have played without paying, there's a lost sale. But if the game is so shit that - after playing it - you would never consider actually paying for it, then the ethical failure could be said to be on the part of the developer rather than the player. Expecting money for an experience that's not worth money is not justifiable. The 90s were basically peak gaming, what with all the demo disks/freeware floating around. -

Originally posted by GGG Obviously you don't need to pirate everything. I have a pretty big library on Steam but most of it I pirated to try before buying. I don't mind paying if it feels like it is worth it. It's just that a lot of shit does not seem worth it. Like I might buy the Sims 4 on sale or whatever but there is no way I'll pay for all that DLC that will end up costing several times more than the base game itself.
It's stupid to pay these exorbitant prices just because you enjoy the game. Nothing wrong with paying for stuff you enjoy but don't be a victim and drop 200 bucks on one game.
I can respect that too. I bought the Sims 3 without the DLC on Steam during the sale ($5 right now, and every DLC is about $5 too), but I couldn't bring myself to buy the - what would have amounted to ~$100 worth, even on sale - of DLC. So I actually refunded my stupid $5 purchase.
It's pretty awesome being in this position as a consumer, to be honest. It makes the decision to purchase pretty much totally subjective. Even if the alternative is kind of immoral. Eh. I just feel blessed to experience this ethical quandary. 30 years ago people wouldn't have had the choice. -

Originally posted by GGG Why? Don't you want a big womanly waist? I imagine you don't store fat there as well as women. Men usually store their fat in the gut. But you take girly droogs so idk. I feel like a big gut is distinctly masculine for that reason tho
lmao I know you probably understand this, but x-y-z reflects chest-waist-hips. And the curvy, "hourglass figure" that is undeniably so aesthetically pleasing, is predicated upon the difference between your chest and hip measurements, and your waist measurement. A narrow waist is actually preferable. A "big womanly waist" doesn't exist. Waistline is the be all and end all of feminine aesthetics. It's practically a meme.
That said, cis women with big waistlines are still infinitely more sexy than I will ever have the potential for being, but if we're talking about the goal affecting feminine sex appeal then a narrow waist and large hips/chest are the ideal. -

You know how much i spent on royalty incest simulator per hour? Zero dollars.
Pretty much. Although the point I was making is that "because it's easier" can't stand on its own - without the motivation to support developers/the industry at large, there's really no justification to not pirate games. If it just comes down to convenience/ease, obviously working for x amount of hours to earn the money to purchase a game is going to be an infinitely greater inconvenience than the 0 hours of work that are required to copy a cracked .exe (and maybe a .dll) file into the install folder. -

Originally posted by GGG So lose the weight then. I bet it'd make your hips look bigger.
Honestly any weight I take off my waist is awesome. It's the only measurement I need to change. 36-28-36 would even be pretty awesome. But losing 6 inches on your waist is a goddamn nightmare of effort that I'm not emotionally equipped to deal with. And I mean, is probably maybe not even physically possible for me. -

This is also true, but at the same time like even when games are on sale is it worth like $10 to have a game on Steam vs just downloading it for free with the crack? And if you use steam to catalog your collection of games, you can still add non-steam games to your library. Including pirated ones. So like... what ease, what convenience is there really? And does it actually counteract the expense? I just justify it as "normies will buy 3 coffees at Starbucks and get 30 minutes of enjoyment out of each for $10, so as long as I maintain a 90 minutes of enjoyment/$10 spent ratio nobody can talk shit". -

I think I dropped down to 32 when I was doing fucktons of Adderall, but yeah aside from drug induced weight fluctuations I've been a stable 36. I don't like it. I'm naturally a bulky mofo. tfw mesomorph tranny
