If he'd shot the guy with the gun instead of saying "put the gun down", he'd still be alive and I wouldn't have to be sitting here listening to his blood curdling screams of death. This is why if you fuck up during a traffic stop you're liable to get ventilated. They show this shit in training, I've heard. They may not expect every situation to play out like this, but understandably they don't want to take that kind of risk. Neither would anyone.
Treat every interaction with police as a life or death situation. There's a solid chance they are. -

It's not fear, it's simple self preservation; maintaining ownership of what is currently yours because you still want it.
You don't have to be afraid to lose anything, just have a desire to keep it. Lust is basically greed. Neither need be motivated by a fear of loss, only a desire to acquire and maintain your acquisitions.~
