    I was kinda forced to go when I was younger so it was kinda shitty. But all the times I've tried to kill myself, I've enjoyed talking to the doctors and it's been alright. Just a lot of talking about problems and stuff. The only thing I hated were group sessions but that's more while you're commited.

    Maybe. Are you willing to listen to their advice? Can you stop yourself from lying to them? Do you genuinely want help?
    
    If the answer to any of the above is no, you'll probably end up feeling like it's a waste of time. You should give it a try though. Just don't walk away from the experience thinking therapy is bullshit if you answered no.
