I wasn't overweight until I was late 30s, lost the weight and it came back, lost it in my late 40s and then during covid I shot up to 255 or just under
not at 19. not at 22 like many college students are. and even Highschool. the "Fat people" when I was in highschool or college age would be Average weight today.
I'v seen some serious heavy people in California lately which maybe was more common in Iowa or some shit.
"Healthier Oils" did this. Cut Trans fat then the oils today dont seem to break down and people don't walk like they used to. few highschool kids had cars when I was younger and many have New cars today.
