when you get older it tends to go down the wrong pipe more often. that flap that separates the esophagus weakens. older people are more likely to choke on food as young kids who havn't developed that ability yet.
I was eating a chocolate bar and it melted and somehow went down the wrong pipe and I couldn't breath and I was sitting my car which was hot as fuck during lunch break doing Uber. no one around and I laid down on my side and slowly breathed in and coughed as hard as I could until it broke free.
its a panic attack on meth. you got to keep calm. don't try and breathe in too hard or it will get lodged down farther.

makes sense. this is why Liberalism and Woman of Empowerment and Anti Christian Values is so strong on the west coast. thankfully My mother came from the Midwest but I often think my Sisters friends pushed those ideas into her head. -

That's good. I don't care how it came about but it's real. the vax might be a weapon but I have lung issues so I got mine. I didn't think everyone needed them
but just because someone created the fucking thing in a lab doesn't mean its fake. either way you would treat it like you would influenza. rest, fluids, pray, rest, try and watch comedy or something to cheer you up, crack jokes, rest. don't be depressed about it if possible like "What if I die from this" just stay positive. -

So I've got this little bit of my lungs I can use.
I was going to go to work tomorrow but that's today already and I'm running out of time for rest.
And tbh the extreme heat and poor ventilation (our exhaust fans have been "broken" all year, probably because my boss is cheap) will exhasterbate my pneumonia.
I'm probably going for that X-ray tomorrow so they can tell me how bad it is.
I don't wanna die of sepsis or some shit.
You have Pneumonias if your lungs are making a crackling sound when you breath out.
You need to go to ER and get Anti-Biotics right away. the other thing is when you get home is to just run the hot water in the shower without getting in. and breathe the steam for 10 minutes or until you run out of steam and hot water. try coughing as much of the phlegm out. get an expectorant like Mucinex or some shit.
Get the pneumonia shots when you get over this. they have the 16 variety or some shit. -
