The spiders sucked, but I only saw one or two huge white spiders. I had seen a shadow in the crack under my door before that, like something moving by on the other side. For the most part, it was having (or imagining?) having conversations with people and after a while realizing no one was there and I had been alone the whole time. Over and overrrr.

Shit, who doesn't jack off in the shower in jail? As long as it's a shower with at least some amount of privacy. Y'all niggas ain't clean that shit, though? They gave us cleaning supplies to clean up our tank (what some jails call a dorm) every night when the floor workers, which are like trustees that clean up the quad/pod area outside of the tanks where they roll trays and shit through, were out doing their work. We'd usually dump the mopwater, mixed with some of that green bleach shit, into the showers. By we I mean somebody else. I didn't clean shit. It was always the same three or four people that would hop up to clean the tank. Anyway.. even with them doing that, some older dude went into the shower without his crocs one time and got some foot fungus. Who the fuck goes in the shower barefoot in jail? Some dudes tried to warn him, but I think he thought they were messing around.
When I was 17-18, in a moderate-risk level 6 DJJ program in Florida, I got the doctor to put me on Vyvanse because it was the only decent medication in there, and we went into a portable outside for school, and I went off into the bathroom in there and beat my meat.
Oh, and one time, my girlfriend at the time was fucked up on bars.. I probably was too.. anyway, it was the only time she let me fuck her in the ass, but instead of using lube, I just had her suck my dick first to get it wet.. then it'd dry out after a bit of fucking, so I had her suck my dick again.. and went back and forth like that between her ass and her mouth. I think she was too fucked up to realize how gross it was, or care.

It could be anemia or hypothyroidism. But like greenplastic said, it's usually likely to be diet, lack of exercise, and drinking. Alcohol has a pretty strong effect on this sort of thing that I've heard a few regular drinkers say they never realized that was it until they stopped drinking. Even though it could be one of the two conditions I mentioned, any decent doctor (which most of them aren't) would want you to try a better diet and exercise first if your blood levels don't come back with low iron or whatever it is that indicates thyroid issues.

PoC for instance has been supposedly on the verge of suicide for at least 5 or 6 years, probably longer. The majority of the time when somebody actually kills themselves, it's a huge shock to everyone around them and everyone goes on about how they seemed fine. People who genuinely want to die don't want to worry people or be talked out of it. I can't remember the last suicide I've heard of where the person had been talking about it constantly for years. Not a single case comes to mind.

People who actually want to die don't talk about it, they just do it. Not saying you should do it, but you obviously want attention and help. Go to counseling or a doctor.

There was a helicopter crash on the same day. Most of the reporting I've seen specifies that there were three deaths in Charlottesville and one was a result of this nazi terrorist. The helicopter was there as a result of the demonstrations, though. The car plowing directly resulted in one death and 19 injuries.
