They didn't follow up a couple months later when it was dismissed, surprise surprise. It just goes to show you have absolutely zero real world experience for you to actually think I'd keep my paperwork for a charge getting dropped seven fucking years ago. Holy fuck you're stupid.

Using quotation marks generally implies that the phrase is something that was said verbatim. I never said that. I said NASA is based in Houston. That's not saying anything about a "headquarters". The Johnson Space Center is in Houston. That's where their Manned Spacecraft Center is, i.e. where they base their operations for manned space missions.
