I'v never been a street homeless except for fun with friends when we went to LA back around 1981-82 in my teens. we begged for money to eat and then gave money to other homeless. it was cool.

I'm not FROM the city of San Francisco. I was born in San Francisco's "Ugly Step Sister, OAKLAND" and grew up in the East Bay. when the East Bay was mostly Caucasian up until the early 1990s or so. in the day. but overall. I have owned multiple homes in my life and I literally had a sit down with a real estate broker who told me about this scenario of foreign investors coming in, buying American property as one week out of the year vacation homes mainly for a tax break of some type. it's a tax break in their own country, not ours. as an incentive to drive up rent in the US to fuck up our economy is my guess.
