Recently Starbucks was caught using 0 fruit in their "Fruit drinks" making false claims. it was just fruit flavored with 0 fruit added. they put something that tasted like bits of strawberries. like why not just throw some real fruit or frozen fruit in it instead of bullshitting people into buying this heavily concentrated synthetic punch drink over the real thing. how much fucking overhead does real fruit even cost. even if they just put in like 11% of real fruit to break the loophole of 10% as being a Punch instead of a smoothy. they literally lied to the people.
and their coffee is probably reran with sweetner so you don't get a fresh cup but watered down leftover.

Mashed Potato Crab Cakes
Serves: 10-12
Ingredients
1- 4 oz package of Idahoan® Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, prepared per package directions
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp plus ½ cup panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 pound cooked lump crabmeat
Olive oil for frying
Remoulade
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp capers, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp spicy mustard
2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Hot sauce, to taste, optional
Instructions
Stir together potatoes, eggs, 2 tablespoons panko, flour, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
Add crabmeat and gently stir to combine.
Shape into 10-12 patties about 3 inches wide.
Chill on a baking sheet lined with parchment for one hour.
Make the remoulade by mixing all the ingredients together thoroughly.
Heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook potato crab cakes a few at a time until browned on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes.
Carefully flip over and shape with a spatula if needed. Continue to brown on the other side, adding more oil if needed.
Transfer to a plate and serve with Remoulade sauce. -

when I installed Discord it fucked up my browser and then my virus detector froze a shared system file. it was a mother fucker to go into systems files and remove the fucking thing which then fucked up 2 other programs.

its hard for me to work and I'm tired and it caused me to gain a fuckload of weight. I'm forcing myself to walk up hills at least 45 minutes a day now. like 3 miles of up and down hills around here. steep hills. and I have to walk fast so I lose the fucking weight these shitty SSRI gave to me. they slow down your metabilsm and also I no longer have a working thyroid which also gains weight -
