minus the black reference, it happens here with all races. A crazy white hippy lives around here and always screams at traffic at the light when trying to get on or off the freeway. they sit at the end of the offramps (Im sure there too) and hold up a sign. it's a bad place to do it. but sometimes I offer a bottle water or bring extra bananas and water to hand them. No money (I used to hand a buck but fuck that)
anyways, yeah. sometimes its comic relief in the morning and sometimes it's really fucking annoying. the spitting on your windshield and oily rag is what they do if you don't hand them a buck first and say Naw bro, I'm good here.
I had an Indian woman (Im pretty sure she was from India) with a sign and I tried to ignore her in Oakland at an offramp and she started pounding on my driver's window and said "LOOK AT ME.. LOOK AT ME" i laughed and that pissed her off that much more and she took her cardboard sign and smacked my window and thankful the light turned green.
"LOOOK AT ME" like it was my job. and honestly, I gave her 3 bottles of water like 2 weeks earlier because she had two small kids with her. She was dressed nicely too.
