   I'm not stupid. I know he has attorneys on a retainer. but it doesn't negate the fact. There is a law in California called At-Will that lets an employer to terminate "without reason" unless the Boss was overheard saying "They're faggots, They're Black, They're too old..etc etc" which then becomes a civil rights issue.
