I asked Bing if it's possible that one day people could upload their minds to the Internet so that these digital selves can work for the person and earn an income for them. I was asking because there's work I want to do but autism makes it highly stressful with the sensory issues and being nocturnal/getting overwhelmed. But if my mind was uploaded I wouldn't have problems with the work. Do you think this could happen in future? Do you think criminals will try to steal others online selves to work for them?

"Mind uploading, as it is often called, involves the hypothetical process of scanning a brain to capture a detailed map of its structure and function, then emulating this information on a computer to create a digital version of one’s consciousness1. This concept is still in the realm of science fiction and philosophical debate, with substantial challenges both technically and ethically23.

Similarly, the idea of merging human consciousness with AI involves significant philosophical and technical questions. Some researchers are exploring the potential of AI systems that could interact with human brain functions or even extend human cognitive capabilities45. However, these concepts are still in the early stages of research and far from being realized as practical applications.

As for the notion of a digital consciousness being able to work and potentially earn an income, this raises further questions about the nature of work, value creation, and the legal and ethical implications of such a scenario. Currently, there is no mechanism by which a digital consciousness could legally work or be compensated, as this would require a redefinition of legal personhood and employment."

I wonder what it'd be like if human consciousness could be uploaded to a computer, I could do the work I want that way without autism holding me back.

Ideally I'd like to work for myself and the business I'm trying to start is something I know I can manage, but I'm worried about the lack of mental stimulation. I want a job where my talents are put to use, where I can use my brain. Running a mundane business won't be stimulating enough. But a mentally stimulating job working for someone else means a high-stress environment that I may not be able to manage because of my autism.

I'm gonna go back to studying this lack of mental stimulation is driving me mad. I don't even want to read fiction books because they aren't aligned with my goals.

If you wouldn't want to be married to someone for over a hundred years why get married at all?

Now I'm trying to build structures for Akira so she doesn't hurt her joints.

The only cure for fatigue I can think of is less gravity.

Okay I'm not going on a hike today but I will try to go outside, I can be idle while in a cafe or nature spot or something.

Energy always comes with the risk of a heart attack now, I don't have it unless I take something.

Got hit with the fatigue. I don't think I've gone on a hike in two years so I'll try to do that today.

Now I'm trying on dresses for my trip because there's a lot I like but I won't get a chance to wear them all.

Would you still want to be faithful to one person and married?

In bed looking at artworks. I need to sort out a plan for today otherwise I'll get nothing done. The artworks:

"2023 exhibition catalog of "Ephemeral - Territory of Girls" at Jiro Miura Gallery in Tokyo. 40 female artists were invited to portray the "young girl" in art which is often a favorite of male painters. Here we can enjoy the unique perspective and insight into this iconic subject."

That's actually a real disease, some women can't stop orgasming and it's hell for them.

I don't get this, is my birth control supposed to make me attracted to scents I would normally hate? It says you shouldn't like scents of people that are similar to you but I still have my dad's unwashed clothes in a suitcase all these years to preserve his scent when I'm in crisis I take an item of clothing out. Would I hate his scent if I wasn't on birth control?
