   It honestly made me so fucking happy. I was mid dream, but awake. All the components were right, and I tried to yell and I almost couldn't. It felt so real. I hope I have it again.

    I miss freaking my friend out with my nightmare gibberish now. The last was I was listening to hypnosis on my phone, then it sounded like someone moved the phone to the other side of the room, heard a laugh. Couldn’t get up or scream for help, then I heard my recorded screams on the phone.

    It seems immature. I remember in hs I would plan out how to kill everyone in detail and take steps towards it, until the last moment when I didn’t do it. It was like everyone was easier to deal with when I tricked myself into thinking they were going to die soon.

    Idk how anyone can hit someone who can’t defend themselves, I think it only became illegal recently and was common.
    
    I remember my mum would hit my head if I spelt words wrong, and I started hitting her back, eventually phoned the police and it felt liberating. I remember in religion class they were saying how wrong it was for children to hit their parents and everyone agreed, but I think it’s more messed up to hit a child.
