It feels like a part of my spirit was taken or maybe it was my stress, I still feel empty-headed now and it isn’t the Promethazine because I didn’t take it yday or today.

None of that no, but I always cough after a meal, have done for years because an infection never healed properly. The coughing is pretty bad after a cheesy gravy chip for some reason… -

He turned on me as soon as I pointed out inconsistencies in what he said, threatened me two minutes ago, tried gaslighting me then brushed it off as not being serious, said he was “just going along with the guys”, he’s been sucking up to everyone and I don’t like people-pleasers.

I can still talk fine but haven’t done German lessons the past few days because of it. I’m dreading today in case it takes a turn.
