   He would have let me suffered for the rest of my life not knowing what had happened to him. He didn't care that I was experiencing actual grief for a year and had to fragment which is psychological harm. He was aware that what he did could have cause suicidal behaviour. People don't treat dogs the way he treated me. He knew what it's like for someone with BPD to be abandoned. No one will ever get away with that.
