Sherlock Holmes also used people as soundboards like Watson, but he wasn't totally self-absorbed because he was observant regarding people. I feel like that.

In my head yes not out loud. I haven't had a friend to confide in in almost two years, been talking to myself the whole time. Idk if it means I'm crazy I prefer the Karen label. I've always used people as soundboards unless they're a real friend, so maybe this is perfectly healthy for me.
I just need one safe space and won't even tell a girl I've known since I was a teenager where I live, but I always feel under attack and like people are trying to find out where I live.
They don't have blinds and I can see into their kitchen so a security camera would be intrusive and no one has them here.
One of them could easily get into the garden bcus the fence isn't high and they have two teenage boys so I'm worried.
I was thinking last night that I'm not actually safe here, I just never gave it second thought because nothing bad has ever happened. But if I get security cameras they'll guess it's for them and it could antagonise them.
I feel so uncomfortable sometimes because there's two houses in another estate that can see into my garden and they don't really have gardens of their own, I've noticed them watching me sometimes and I won't go to the bottom of my garden.
