   It was a spin off from the xfiles , about 3 guys that write a conspiracy paper. They were in several episodes of the xfiles, where mulder would turn to them for help. The show was much more campier than xfiles, it had a lot of comedy but touched on different subjects, such as use of electro magnetic wavves and the fall of the twin towers years before it ever happened.
