I'm not and that's a total non sequitur that makes no sense.
However you being gay and reamed out regularly would explain why you think everyone wants to get in your ass and makes perfect sense. -
2021-04-21 at 2:12 PM UTC in Chauvin's Going to Walk3rd degree murder = you intentionally harmed the victim in a way that was likely to result in their death and it did result in their death.
2nd degree manslaughter = you behaved recklessly without regard for the victim's life and it caused their death.
Negligent homicide = your criminal negligence caused the death of another person.
Chauvin intentionally harmed the victim in a way that was likely to result in his death and it did.
Chauvin behaved recklessly without regard for the victim's life and it caused the victim's death.
Chauvin's criminal negligence caused the death of the victim.
All three are perfectly consistent with one another and run parallel to each other. All three were established and therefore he was convicted of all three.
It's not complicated at all but as you can see, right wing people believe acting like they have mental retardation and can't grasp simple concepts will change reality or make those concepts wrong. -

Certainly caused you to have a leaky sphincter, that's why you need a tissue to clean the cum out of your ass. If your leaky ass is also the source of your broken understanding of 3rd degree murder, it explains a lot. -

You can't be guilty of something both intentionally and unintentionally, to any reasonable standard.
You can be guilty of someone losing their life because of you intentionally endangering it to harm them without specifically intending to kill them, while being guilty of them losing their life due to your negligent behaviour, while being guilty for them losing their life because you acted recklessly without regard for their life.
All those things are consistent and true and have been established in a court of law. -

Non sequitur.
Nobody said anything was wrong, and nobody said anybody said anything was wrong.
I just asked you what the reason was and whether or not it was that something was wrong.
So, why should I see the quote? Is something wrong?
