Nothing about this article does anything to dispute anything I said. Nowhere in this article does it say they cuffed him with his hands behind his back while being pinned to the ground by a knee to the neck.
That's explicitly the situation we were discussing: the knee to the neck is used to momentarily control the subject on the ground until they are cuffed behind the back. Then they can't even get up easily, because they are lying face forward on the ground (like george floyd) with their hands tied behind their back. Let alone aim and fire a gun, which he didn't have. -
