2nd degree manslaughter = you behaved recklessly without regard for the victim's life and it caused their death.
Negligent homicide = your criminal negligence caused the death of another person.
Chauvin intentionally harmed the victim in a way that was likely to result in his death and it did.
Chauvin behaved recklessly without regard for the victim's life and it caused the victim's death.
Chauvin's criminal negligence caused the death of the victim.
All three are perfectly consistent with one another and run parallel to each other. All three were established and therefore he was convicted of all three.
It's not complicated at all but as you can see, right wing people believe acting like they have mental retardation and can't grasp simple concepts will change reality or make those concepts wrong. -
