Shave bits at a time with your finger nail every few minutes. A doctor told me to take 1/4th of a pill he prescribed and said wait 15 minutes and (clean your hands and sterile them with hand san) and scratch the pill or use a butter knife and shave powder and keep putting it under your tongue. I hated taking pills when i was younger. Too strong most of the time. Best not to tske street drugs. You have 0 clue whats in it.
