I been walking about 5-6 miles a day around berkeley. first 3 miles or so uphill. (its about 5.5 miles actually) then its all downhill. feels good. but sometimes Im out of breath and other times its just a nice walk. I listen to music, that is dangerous. I watch all traffic. some people are fucking assholes and blow right through red lights seconds after it turns red and you step out in the curb. it makes the walk easier. there is a guy who hangs out in one of the few places to properly take a piss. he annoys me with his political shit and hate on white people. thats the guy that called me a Nigger. he's real mean. I ignore him but sometimes I just take a piss in the trees if I have to. On campus I probably get a ticket or even worse, put on a Sex Pervert list.

I wont say who but a son of a family member had a pre condition exasperated by what the doctors feel was the depleted uranium rounds. I talked to him for the first time and didn't make contact with fam for a few years and he had died. age mid 30s.
