I'll show you Atherton. the other Palo Alto just east of El Camino. one of the richest cities in the USA. a community with a wall around it however it's only gated at night. free to drive in during the day time.
The smallest lots are 2 acres with cute old cottages and small estate homes being torn out by the uber wealthy and building giant monster homes left and right. even the smaller homes were worth multiple millions. now they're in the 20 Million plus.
Fuck the bay area. I grew up here. 4th Generation Cali boi. but my Father's fam lived in San Diego, LA and the desert since the 1800s.
Im sick of this fucking state. I liked Susanville along the Nevada border but I might just move to Nevada one day. bounce back and forth to the bay to see my Girlfriend Gigi but eventually live there near Reno. plus maybe I can get a Job at Tesla in Reno. Real Estate aint getting cheaper.
they're saying that Austin Texas will be the second/Third highest real estate next to SF and NYC. Soon Houston. buy land now. God aint making anymore of it. -

A Grandmother (Great?) on my fathers side was one of the earliest Navy Female Officers and buried along with my Fathers Dad in the Memorial in the San Diego Navy (Coronado?)
