   There was something my great grandmother said about a penny or something too. Idk if that's an old wives tale or if it helps more but cast iron will thaw out anything frozen pretty quick.

   Too many vitamins can be bad though and you mostly get too many from supplements.

   I think something like DHEA would be better to take at night. I know your body makes testosterone during sleep but idk if it would make more sense to do it before workouts.

   I've tried to switch to weed. It's legal, safer and cheaper but I just don't like it. But I am clean from the boy for like 3 years and I rarely shoot, so that's something I guess *shrug

    "Clouds" sometimes make it hotter. IE the ones coming out of airplane assholes in the winter. Real clouds seem rare.

    I think the regular blue was creme flavor but I think I have had creme soda before and it wasn't as sweet. It had a vanilla taste.
    
    Maybe you could replicate it by adding more corn syrup and coloring it blue? I don't think it would be the same.
