   Gantz manga is worth reading even if you watched the anime. Anime was middling to me, mostly because of the low production value. Manga's story had a lot more going on and the artwork was actually good, which matters for what is basically an alien snuff film with a narrative

   I don't really sweat fake acid anymore. The analogues are so similar I don't know if I could tell the difference between like AL-LAD and good ole LSD, AFAIK there's really no economic reason you should be getting bromo'd anymore unless you're buying acid in the alley behind jack in the box. I'd probably pay a bit more for real acid if it tested out, but I wouldn't sweat it if it didn't, like in the past.
