Woman 42 dead after being shot by Film's Prop
-
2021-10-23 at 1:23 AM UTCOk, so I’m watching an interview with 3 gun experts. One is a munitions expert, and one has worked on set with guns, the other an fbi dude.
The gun was handed to Baldwin, and he was told it was safe by that person.
The did say say there were safety procedures implemented after Brandon Lee’s death, and if they were following those guidelines, there’s no way this could have happened.
They’re saying negligence is a definite.
All 3 of them said it had to be a live round to to penetrate the girl, and still hit the other guy. So where’s the bullet?
Last fact. Munitions expert said that there’s no way you cannot tell the difference between a live and blank round.
Hmmmmmm. So many questions🤔 -

you don't see the bullet if it's already chambered when the gun is handed to you, but I can't think of a good reason anyone would 'accidentally' put a single round of ammo in a gun on a movie set in th e first place -

Ahhh no duh, I just started out by saying it was handed to him.
How could this be accidental? What if one of these prop people wanted her dead? They said it would have passed through three sets of hands before it got to Baldwin.
Hmmmmmmmm🤔 -

What if Alec wanted her dead and paid off the prop people to put in a live round?
Maybe maybe not. So many questions.

There were 3 prior accidental discharges of that gun on this set prior to this.
Also, before this happened his crew who were union workers walked out in protest the day before for of all things…..safety issues.
Therefore a union person did not hand him the gun. It was his assistant producer.
Curiouser and curiouser🤔 -

2021-10-23 at 1:50 AM UTCOMG,
A guy who works gun safety on sets said that an actual live bullet will not fit into a prop gun.
Said it couldn’t have been a certified prop gun.
Did they use a real gun because the union folks left?
So many questions🤔 -

Manslaughter means you killed someone you feckless mindless, titless twat. Under California Penal Code Title 8, Part 1, Chapter 1, Section 192, Paragraph B:
A person is guilty of involuntary manslaughter when in the commission of an unlawful act, not amounting to a felony; or in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death, in an unlawful manner, or without due caution and circumspection. This subdivision shall not apply to acts committed in the driving of a vehicle.
I'm sure are not aware but on a movie set when guns are involved there are rigorous safeguards and procedures which are supposed to be followed. This includes but is not limited to inspection/clearing from everyone who handles the weapon from the prop master, the actor, the director, and even the assistant director. If it takes 20 takes to get the scene that mean that that chain has to be executed 20 times or any time the weapon needs to be reloaded. Alec Baldwin was part of that chain of checks. Furthermore any firearm safety course will stress that when you are handed a weapon it is your responsibility to know if there is a round in the chamber and if so what type.
That is just the very basic first step any time you handle a weapon. I don't care if you pick it up, inspect it, unload it, set it down, and 30 minutes later pick it back up, you still check the chamber as you very first action upon grabbing it.
So under California law if you pick up a firearm, point it at another individual, and pull the trigger (something you should never do unless you intend to kill that person with the obvious exception of on a movie set) without first inspection the chamber and it discharges killing that person without due caution and circumspection.
That means Alec Baldwin is quite probably guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Which, as a felony, is punishable by up to a $10,000 fine and up to 4 years in prison. This would be an easy case for a prosecutor but everyone knows he will never be charged. He is huge Trump hating liberal in a district with huge Trump hating liberal prosecutors. -
2021-10-23 at 3:37 AM UTCIt's in New Mexico. If the Film crew is out of NYC or Cali the FBI has to get involved because someone loaded a gun with a real live round that cross state lines together.. Maybe Alecs PA is going to be in trouble for handing him the Now weapon and not a prop. Lots of finger pointing is about to go down. Court Room Mania of the century. Let's hope the judge airs it live.

2021-10-23 at 3:39 AM UTCI mean the round may or may not have crossed state lines but the casting crew did. Alec purchased rights to this story script because ",he fell in love with it" producer of the film and Lead protaganist

Fair enough but the New Mexico statute read pretty much the same.
Involuntary manslaughter consists of manslaughter committed in the commission of an unlawful act not amounting to felony, or in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death in an unlawful manner or without due caution and circumspection.

Look at this MORALLY SUPERIOR BEING and his cuck muzzle.
It's disgusting that he'll probably never even spend a day in jail for this killing.

Murder only becomes a federal crime when it occurs while violating a federal law (killing someone while robbing a bank for example), when it takes place on a federal land or territory, or murdering federal officials, officers, or a federal employee while they are carrying out their official duties. -

2021-10-23 at 3:31 PM UTCCapitalism kills again.
He was very loudly outspoken about how much he disproved of his filming company's decision to fire the union workers who walked out due to the impending IATSE strike, and hire a ton of scabs with zero set experience. The day after... this happened.
The reason the crew walked out in the first place? The lack of safety on-set.
