Of course you have the freedom to sue. So do all of these people who have been fired for saying objectionable shit. They should do it, if they think they have grounds to sue. You're still not establishing why a private business should be compelled to harbour any particular opinion. If a right wing owned business wanted to fire a liberal for publicly advocating for gay rights, then they should have that freedom too. But they should be prepared to deal with the consequences of that action. -
