    If you have airflow thingie, change the holes to small and then set it at like 15 watts. Or suck in the mouthpiece with air holes stopped up to help prime the wick

    Why are you measuring in watts anyway? Most decent mods should be able to read volts, and if not you can probably flash it so it can. I keep mine at I think 3-4.5W depending on the cartridge, but I go by the voltage which I try to keep at 2.5-3. Wattage is not accurate, you gotta look at volts. It can change even with the same wattage on the same brand of cart. Usually resistance goes up as you use it too. I sometimes raise voltage a little to compensate even though I probably don't have to.
    
    How is it fucked? Does it not hit at all? You can buy syringes that will suck that shit out of the cart. Then you can put it into an old one or something.
