That is why you must exercise different muscle groups, so each muscle group has time to rest.

I do low rep, high intensity workouts for each group and move on to the next . So each group has about a week to rest. The order goes

    - Chest and shoulders
    - Arms
    - Core and back
    - Legs

So each muscle group gets ~1 week to rebuild.

I could stay at my current weight and just keep pushing more reps for endurance but I really don't have any interest in doing that, I get bored with exercise really easily and it feels like a chore, specially since it'll take more time. I really prefer high resistance, low rep exercises. But now I can't lift any heavier, I've just been getting better at lifting the same weight.

    So it goes.

Consider SARMs if you're concerned about sides on steroids. LGD-4033 will definitely increase your maxes in a six week cycle. A strong AI and basic testosterone boosters afterward as a PCT are sufficient as long as you don't have pre-existing hormonal imbalance problems.

This is probably why you aren't seeing progress. One week per group is a lot of time and not a lot of exercise.

    testosterone enanthate

I've never taken steroids but I knew a lot of people who took various prohormones with various side effects and from what I read testosterone is generally safe with the exception of the side effects that are well known, like potential hair loss and loss of natural production of testosterone after a long time or without proper pct

the only lifting that cum junkie does is when his clients balls are suffocating him and he has to lift the sack off his nostrils.

Kinda doesn't matter when you're waiting a week between workouts. The point is to *keep* tearing and to *keep* healing.

Also if you want to strength train rather than get buff, you should be going for reps, not intensity. If you don't like doing reps then don't be surprised when you aren't getting stronger.

Fix your workout and see if it works instead of taking drugs you know nothing about. Hormones aren't toys m8.

SARM - selective androgen receptor modulator. In English, it only targets skeletal muscle receptors instead of smooth muscles as well. A major problem with classic steroids is that they hit everything and can cause organ enlargement, polyps, etc. SARMs aren't a free ride, but they're way better on you and a good way to just jump into things. LGD is great for bulking and strength building without weakening tendons and ligaments. It's not steroidal, but serum testosterone will still lower and eventually you start to shut down, but a 4-6 week cycle and good AI/test boosters for PCT and you'll be feeling fine in a week after you cut off.

I'm not taking workout advice from a faggot who can't do 5 push ups. If you don't give your muscles appropriate rest then you are fucked. I know exactly how much recovery time my muscles need.
