Drug free living would be nice. I don't like benzos and having to rely on alcohol and weed is becoming unmanageable

I think I should just meditate in the mountains for a year

You should eat a high dose of mushrooms to reboot your brain and then start microdosing after. That's what I'm going to do again.

I mean this the nicest way possible, try and stop smoking weed. It only made my anxiey worse, especially when talking to people the next day AFTER smoking it the night before.

I would overthink things and just wanted to be left alone to work and not have to pretend I gave a shit what people did with their weekends.

The mountains can be wherever you are, maaaaaaan.

Fr tho. Should give it a try. Being fucked up and miserable is soooooo 2007.

if you have chemical dependency hough, you need to address that with a taper while you hopefully get ur shit sorted out. Step one is apologize to lucy and dont make her cry anymore. And maybe thank her parents for letting you stay there even though youre a wreck.

i know i avoided those moments of honesty and penance like the plague. id sooner have eaten broken glass. But thats what you have to fight through if you want real peace. The addiction is as real as a multiple personality and sometimes you have to wrange it with sheer force of will and logic and suspension of disbelief,

Yeah I always apologize to her and I feel bad for letting it happen in the first place that's why I brought it up.

Microdosing is the best anti depressant. It showed me how to be happy again and showed me it was possible. I quit Crouton and nicotine around because of it, and even stopped drinking for a bit.

Anything else you would like to know hmu

Dont do it. Sobriety Owl is watching. He knows and sees all. He knows the delights and hidden terrors of each mans heart. You must be stoic and unyielding like the mighty owl. He believes in yOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  16. TOO LATE

WHERE WERE YOU AT 9AM CST WHEN I NEEDED YOU CASPER
  17. Anyway I was drinking because I didn't think I got a job that I did really well in the interview for and wanted

but then I got a call immediately after getting home and pulling out a glass, and I got the job

    so now I'm celebration drinking?

Sobriety Owl does not judge. But if you look deep into your heart, you will know how he feels.
  19. Ever since I've been on an invoulantary break from weed it seems impossible to live in the moment anymore. Any joy I get out of anything is sucked out by the idea it will eventually get old and is not permanently entertaining. And this is pretty much an invoulantary thought loop I keep having. Fuck I can't wait to pick up again...

Why involuntary, and how long has this break been?

I disobeyed the sobriety owl today but I'm drinking way less than usual so there's that.
